Visa

Attendees needing a visa to come to Germany, are requested to indicate this at the time of registration for the workshop. Visa Support Letters can only be issued for registered attendees of the workshop.

Attendees indicating a need for a visa will be contacted in due time and asked to provide additional personal data to issue a Visa Support Letter. Obtaining a Visa Support Letter will not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel.

Attendees should be aware that we cannot provide financial support for attending the workshop. Attendees are expected to cover the full cost of their travel.

Attention: If you require a visa invitation letter, we kindly ask you to register before 25 November 2024.
